3.1 Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to our written confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or purchase order. Standard terms require a deposit before production commences.

3.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order quantity, and customization requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing.

4.1 Specifications: Product specifications must be agreed upon in writing before production. Any changes to specifications may affect pricing and delivery time.

4.2 Quality Standards: All products meet or exceed EU and US testing standards. We conduct thorough quality inspections before shipment.

4.3 Samples: Sample approval is required before bulk production. Approved samples serve as the quality reference for production.

5.1 Lead Time: Production lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and quantity. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5.2 Shipping: Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the purchase order. Risk transfers to the buyer according to agreed Incoterms.

5.3 Inspection: Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any issues within 7 days.

6.1 Customer Designs: All customer-provided designs, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of the customer.

6.2 Our Designs: Original designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs and business information.

7.1 Warranty: We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

7.2 Claims: Defect claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7.3 Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
